Branding: the most important part of your social strategy

Branding is my number one priority when I’m working with clients.

Why you ask? Think about all the big brands you know - Nike, McDonalds, Pepsi, Doritos, etc. - The one thing they have in common is that they have branded themselves so well in the world that if you just see their logos, you know exactly what you are buying. For instance, Doritos put out an ad campaign that included their famous triangle chip shape but guess what? No name on the bag. Do you know why they can do that and people still can tell what brand they’re buying from? Successful branding & brand awareness.

Positioning yourself as a brand in any market is a challenge, but a fun one at that. That is why I embarked on the exciting journey of really solidifying my brand through Branding Photography. I do these things so I can go through the experience so you don’t have to. My take away? It is 100%, hands down, necessary for any business to go through the motion of having branding photography done. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, consistency is key, right? How can you be consistent without having the same style in your marketing materials? That’s why it is so worth it.

I worked with Dana Marie from Adore Photo Studio in Williamsville to get my branding photos done. I had an absolute blast. Entrepreneurs know better than most people - work CAN be fun. Between the different outfits and backgrounds, I was really able to utilize these different branding pictures as a way to showcase not only my brand and what I do, but who I am as a business owner as well.

I, highly, recommend, if you haven’t already, to look into getting your branding photos done. Here is some links to a couple amazing photographers that I know in the Buffalo area that can really give you what you want in your branding photography.
